I like thank Tim Grant for the great service explained on what I needed to fix (cement baffle) needs to be replaced. He answered all my questions about the septic system. I really appreciate when a technician takes the time to talk to you.

We had a clogged septic system and Brandon came out and did a wonderful job. I was panicked as we couldn’t use sinks, showers, toilets, etc. when I called them they said the might be able to make it. To my surprise they called back in about and hour and said they were on their way. I will use them again and I won’t wait as long to get the septic tank cleaned.

Mike at Septic Blue did an awesome job. Next day service for septic maintenance that was professional and thorough. He also answered every question and provided a lot of good information to help prevent future issues and costs.

Adam did a great job. Showed me how a T baffle on the inlet would help. Pumped the tank & cleaned the filters, which he advised doing ourselves twice a year. Honored the price quoted. Great service!

Jim Grabowski was very professional and explained to us in detail every issue. He was enthusiastic and eager to do the job properly. It was a rainy day and Jim kept trucking. I’d hire Septic Blue again if all the technicians are like Jim. The company was responsive and sent out several reminders and calls prior to them showing up.

My husband and I have never lived in a home where we were responsible for septic tank maintenance. We had gotten so many conflicting stories from the builder and neighbors as to how often to have it pumped, when to use products like Rid-X, etc. that we decided to just have a professional walk us through it. Mike spent over an hour answering all our questions, opening our tanks, and physically showing us how everything works. We were very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend Septic Blue and Mike Latham, in particular.
